Course Description

This course prepares students to deliver advanced critical care in the out of hospital setting, including interfacility transfer of critically ill patients, as well as responding to scene calls for critically ill or injured patients. Students will learn from critical care providers and Emergency Medicine Physicians, as well as other experts, who will teach students to perform the appropriate patient assessments, and how to perform invasive out of hospital care. The course format is delivered on D2L.
